Carbatec accepts Visa and MasterCard via our secure online payment system. Payment is processed during Step 2 of the Checkout Process. Sorry we do not accept Amex or Diners cards.
Carbatec NZ uses Windcave for secure credit card transactions.
Carbatec can also accept payment by Bank Transfer. Generally Bank Transfer payments from other banks are visible within 4 hours on business days.
At this stage Carbatec Gift vouchers are currently not redeemable online. If you would like to redeem a gift voucher, please contact our Customer Service Centre for processing of your order – but stay tuned as this feature will become available.
Product Availability & Back Orders
One of the new features of our website is the ability to see stock availability.
"Limited Stock" means we have two or less items available.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, the product will show as "Sorry, not in stock. Please contact us to backorder". Please call or email the store to place an item on backorder.
Back Orders
When an item is on backorder Carbatec will call you once it is available and you can arrange payment then by phone or through the Internet.
