COVID-19 Level 3 going to Level 3

Update 13th May -  The Carbatec NZ showroom will open on Friday 15th of May as we go to Level 2.

Sorry we will remain at level 3 settings on Thursday 14th May (showroom closed) as our staff return from working at home and we prepare to open on Friday.

At level 2 we will have to limit the number of people in the showroom as well as have other Level 2 precautions. The Showroom will reopen for Saturdays also at Level 2 settings

At level 3 Carba-tec will be able to dispatch all those orders received over the lock down. There is a backlog and at level 3 we will have reduced staff so it may take a few days to catch up. We have rostered staff to maintain social distances and Health and Safety requirements.

At level 3 we will be able to process Internet orders. We will be able to dispatch by courier and truck but they also will be busy so deliveries may take longer than usual. With reduced staff for social distancing we are unable to handle phone orders.

At level 3 we will accept click and collect type orders - that is pick up from store. Please order online but you will have to wait for an appointment to be made to action the contactless pickup. We will call you when the order is ready and to advise the procedure. Note, heavy items may still be an issue so please call us first.

NOTE WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS DURING LEVEL 3
